Description

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and transmitting client orders for background screening to the next processing stage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review orders submitted by clients to ensure accurate ordering of services.
  • Review and interpret incoming search results from a variety of sources and in various formats to determine whether the information is reportable.
  • Order searches and services on backgrounds in accordance with client instructions and company protocol.
  • Participate in any required seminar, classes, and/or courses that are relevant to the position including FCRA basic certification.
  • Must willing to learn company products and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required: Minimum one year of data entry and/or related experience.
  • Preferred: One year experience working in the background industry.
