Job Summary:

On-boarding New Vendors (Clinics) onto DISA Site Network. Performing Site Network Analysis to determine areas for Service Coverage.

Essential Functions:


Manage Site Network per Compliance protocols for Audits, Collector Errors (Fatal Flaws) following DOT Part 40 Regulations including DISA's Non-Regulated Drug Testing Policies and DISA’s Standards for Service Providers.

Database Maintenance updating Clinic Services, Fees, and Demographic Changes.

Manages and Maintains Clinic Collector Certifications (Drug Testing Services – Urine, BAT, Hair & Oral Fluid), Occupational Medical Licenses (DOT Physicals etc..) and MSA Contracts between DISA & vendors (Clinics).

Assist Internal and External Customers with any Clinic Related Issues meeting Internal SLA Standards and DOT Part 40 Regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word & Outlook.

Strong General Typing Skills.

Strong Communication & Customer Service skills.

Strong Multi-tasking skills. Clinic Customer Service Experience.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma, or equivalent, and two (2) years related work experience.

Work Schedule: 11:30am - 8:00pm EST

Physical demands and Equipment Use:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. 

Employee must occasionally lift up to fifteen (15) pounds. 

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
