Responsibilities:
As an Operations Specialist at Wider Circle, you will help drive member participation and ensure the smooth execution of programs and logistics. Your role will require confidence, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for supporting our mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Member Support: Promote and encourage member activity and engagement, leveraging our LOVE for the community members to foster strong connections.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical or system issues to assist the field team, demonstrating a hands-on approach to solving challenges.
- Data Management: Enter and manage member information across various platforms, ensuring registration and event scheduling accuracy.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate scheduling for Wider Circle events, assist with venue searching and planning, and provide logistical support to ensure every event runs smoothly.
- Operations Analysis: Conduct operational analysis to support our community engagement specialists and ensure the effectiveness of our programs.
- Membership Registration: Assist with member outreach and registration to encourage participation and enhance program engagement, contributing to GROWTH professionally and within the communities we serve.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor operational emails and resolve issues in real time, supporting the Wider Circle operations team with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Operations team members to ensure seamless execution across all platforms and identify opportunities for improvement, demonstrating a commitment to continuous LEARNING.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative support role.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage data entry and event coordination across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Commitment to Wider Circle’s mission of promoting health and well-being through community connections.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (some college or degree preferred).
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish Preferred)
- Passion for serving others
- Experience in scheduling or booking appointment
- Experience in an administrative role
- Excel and Microsoft office experience required
- Google Suites experience preferred
- Ability to drive critical, participant-led dialogs about learning materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Respectful, astute, and accommodating
- Experience in the Healthcare field a plus
- Comfort with constituents remotely
