Pharma Centra - Overnight Customer Service 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand and respond to customer needs and concerns.
  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Utilize computer skills and technical troubleshooting knowledge to assist customers with any technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Quiet and private work area in your home with a direct wired high-speed internet connection, free from distractions.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office with the ability to set up computer equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Post-secondary education, bilingual skills (Spanish/English), and medical office experience are preferred.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time (up to 40 hours per week) position. The schedule for this position is Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 11 PM - 7 AM EST. Overtime is limited and generally not permitted.

NEWTEK - Remote Overnight Reps 


As a Client Success Representative, you will be responsible for directing and controlling the flow of all incoming calls, gathering basic contact information whenever possible and assigning clients to the appropriate Business Service Specialist.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls for all Newtek offices and divisions as applicable, direct calls to appropriate department
  • Receive inbound calls to/or from potential customers/referral sources
  • Interact with customers by way of telephone, email, or in person in a professional manner
  • Provide outstanding professional customer service
  • Use Newtracker (internal system) to enter client information and assign to appropriate department with regard to distributing workload evenly
  • Provide direct bridge to alliance partner call center, as well as Newtek division teams
  • Serve as quality assurance checkpoint, alerting appropriate parties of any issues or suspected issues
  • If an opportunity presents itself, cross sell other Newtek services to a new or existing customer with the belief that you are creating a partnership and serving the customer by introducing them to additional products or services that assist the business owner in increasing sales, reducing expenses and minimizing risk
  • Provide timely and accurate status of assigned referrals to Management
  • Maintain strong knowledge base of all Newtek business units as they relate to Lending, Payroll, Merchant Processing, Insurance, and Technology

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Computer literate: Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Work, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills are essential
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work flexible hours and days (Including Holidays)
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
  • 2-3 years phone experience
  • Ability to handle large volumes of incoming calls daily
  • Self-motivating and great teamwork attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn about company products or services
  • Ability to meet deadlines and plan accordingly

Salary Range: $40,000 to $55,000 per year.

Available shift: 

Monday through Friday: 11:30PM-8AM EST
